After the rough machining of the machining technology is completed, the self-check should be stopped in time to stop the adjustment of the data with errors in time. The main content of the self-inspection is the position size of the machining part.

3. Whether the size from the customized part of cnc parts machining to the reference edge can meet the requirements of the drawing;
4. The position and size of the custom parts processed by cnc accessories. After introspecting the position size, stop measuring the roughing profile ruler.

Perform self-inspection on the overall dimensions of the drawing parts before finishing: check the basic length and width dimensions of the processed parts of the vertical plane; measure the basic point dimensions marked on the drawing for the processed parts of the inclined plane.
Complete the part self-inspection, confirm that it is in line with the drawing and process requirements. The workpiece can be removed and sent to the inspector for special inspection. When encountering fine CNC parts machining and custom small batch machining, the first piece is required to be processed in batches after being qualified.
